Glide began, like many things, with a need. As a husband-and-wife team living in New York City, Pilates was part of our rhythm. We carved out time for it between meetings, commutes, and late dinners—those studio sessions kept us grounded, strong, and sane.

Then came our son. Suddenly, everything changed.

The time we used to spend on ourselves vanished into the beautiful chaos of parenthood. Between diapers and deadlines, our bodies ached to move, but we couldn’t make it to class, and the at-home options we found were bulky, uninspiring, or out of sync with our space and style.

So we built what we couldn’t find: Glide.
